I have a strange noise issue.
Noise Issues are common in audio gear it seems. It could be a number of things but mostly likely one of these.
- Ground Loop. The most common of all audio issues a 60Hz "Humming". Check your pre amp's ground and how it connects to your A/D converter.
- Whooshing noise. What I call the "Ocean" this means your tube is dieing a slow painful death. Get a new one.
- Clicks and Pops. These can happen a bit when warming up but should never happen during use.
- Your Voice doesn't sound good. Each Mic has a character based on the components try a different model!
What is your return policy?
Sorry we do not accept returns usless it is a warrenty issue.
What kind of warranty does it carry
All microphones carry a one year warranty for technical issues.
Cathedral Pipes does not cover negligence, abuse and reserves the right to either help or not in these cases. We hand make these and can tell the difference.

Can you help me with other studio gear?
Hmmm. Maybe? Call us directly for other requests. But please keep in mind I can not spend my whole day "chatting" about gear and custom gear/repairs are usually not cheaper. Think of it as "better for the same price".
I'm kinda a big deal, Can I have one for free/discount?
